Challenge

This Saudi Governmental entity digitized its loan process for private and semi-Government sector companies in Saudi Arabia 2019. However, challenges emerged for both clients and internal users after implementing the platform. Hawaz was selected to oversee the project.

Solution

The outcome involved a thorough assessment of the client journey, implementation of a Governance framework, business process evaluation, and strategic alignment to guide digital beneficiary experience improvements and beneficiary-centric initiatives in the short, mid, and long term.

Approach

Thorough review stages included stakeholder interviews, documentation reviews, expert insights, and client journey assessments. Fieldwork identified bottlenecks, gaps, and quick wins. Client focus groups, satisfaction measurement, and workshops led to issue prioritization, opportunity identification, and roadmap development.

Impact

Over 35 quick wins identified during the course of the project, An 800+ page assessment of the internal and external environment, root cause analysis, conclusions, etc. A roadmap encompassing 35 short term UX improvements, 32 mid term business enhancement programs bundled in 7 business cases, and long term Beneficiary Centricity outline.
